Freeze personnel access

  You can freeze the access to the system for the accounts of personnel belonging to your company or subordinate distributors.

Operation steps

① Enter the Config - Company module.

② Filter to find the user account that needs to be operated.

③ Click the [More] - [Freeze] button in the operation bar.

④ Click the confirm button in the pop-up confirmation prompt.

• The frozen account will immediately log out of the system and cannot be logged in again.
